I finally did it! I woke up at 5AM β 45 minutes earlier than I normally do ππΌ I caught a random cold this weekend and it completely took me out on Sunday, literally slept all day! π I missed a birthday party and one hell of a Broncos game! But honestly, I think that helped reset me a bit. My body needed it.
As small as it might seem, this feels huge for me. Waking up earlier helps me set the tone for my day β I finally have time to journal, move slowly, and start my morning with intention. For so long Iβve been waking up and instantly running. I love my sleep, but I realized that needed to change.
